⚡We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx), PayPal, and our own in store Gift Cards. Payment is due at time of checkout. Only shipments to Arizona addresses are subject to sales tax. Cancellations or order changes must be made within 72 hours of order. If items have already been shipped we can't change or cancel the order

⚡You can use your credit card through PayPal to checkout even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Here’s how:


⚡All orders will ship within 7-14 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent through USPS with tracking provided.

⚡Plants are living and are sensitive to heat and cold. Please have your package delivered to an address that can accept the package immediately. If that's not possible then please do not let your box sit outside for longer than 1-2 hours after delivery. This includes both succulents and air plants. We take great care to ensure that your plants are alive and healthy when we ship them. Two Trees can not take responsibility for plants that have wilted or died from sitting outside for too long. If you ordered an air plant please remember to soak it in room temperature water for 10 minutes as soon as you receive it.

⚡Most domestic orders are sent through USPS Priority Mail with the exception being the magnet planters (unless otherwise specified). We typically use USPS First Class Mail International when shipping international packages. This method doesn’t always provide thorough tracking to your international destination. If you’d like a quote for shipping through FedEx please send us a message.

⚡If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy, please contact us immediately so that we can update your shipping information. If the shipping error is the result of an incorrect address, and the package is returned, and the buyer would like the items resent we will then issue a PayPal invoice for the cost of re-shipment. If the package is returned and the buyer does not respond within 72 hours we will refund payment and cancel the order.

Refunds and Exchanges

⚡We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if there is an issue please contact us right away so that we have the opportunity to work with you to make things right. In cases where we mess up (hey, we're humans, too) we will do our best to make sure that your experience is as easy, smooth, and painless as possible. We fully believe in transparency and authenticity and will try to provide the most honest and straightforward answers and solutions.

⚡We do accept returns and exchanges on Dinosaur Planters, Animal Planters, Air Plant Pods, Magnets, and Jellyfish Planters within 5 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All terrariums are final sale, please purchase seriously.

⚡Two Trees cannot be held not responsible for lost or damaged goods that were the result the shipping carrier, although we will try our best to rectify the situation with you.

Additional policies and FAQs


Tillandsia’s require no soil and absorb all of their needed nutrients through air, water and sunlight. Indoor tillandsia's should stay healthy with a watering schedule of 1 to 3 times a week. Plants can be watered by running the plant straight under the tap in your kitchen/bathroom sink, be fully submerged in water for 5-10 minutes at a time, or be generously sprayed with a water bottle making sure that the entire plant gets wet. Turing the plant upside down and shaking all of the water from the plant is also encouraged. Please refrain from using your planter like a vase - air plants are not like fresh flowers and will get root rot and die if they are left in standing water. Unlike most plants that need their soil and roots to be watered for nutrient absorption, tillandsia’s absorb their nutrients through their leaves, so wetting the whole plant is necessary.

Bright indirect light or filtered sunlight is their preference. In hotter, dryer conditions, more shade and water should be provided. In nature, Tillandsia's attach themselves to trees and bushes, so if you're wondering what bright, indirect light actually means, think under a shaded tree.

Succulent + cactus are extremely easy to care for! Succulents and cactus go through their growth period in the Spring and Summer months and will need watered every 1-3 weeks. Make sure that the soil is completely dry before you water again. Less is more with succulents and cactus. In the Fall and Winter months cactus and succulents go into their dormant phase and only need watered every 1-2 months. Succulents and cactus don't enjoy humidity so if using a spray bottle try spraying only the soil.

All of our dinosaur/animal planters are made using upcycled toys. They are all made of plastic. Each planter is primed, painted, and fully sealed! They can be hand washed using dish soap or hand soap.

The pod planters are real, natural pods (like a lotus pod). They have special watering instructions which our Care Card (included in every order) and the pod planter listing details.
